For over year, our Board of Directors and Staff have been hard at work defining, planning, and implementing our new Strategic Plan! While I values remain the same, we embark on our new strategic journey with a renewed and refined purpose tailored to this moment.
In this pivotal time for our democracy, our national organization identified the importance of recognizing the ways that we are “achieving democracy together,” as you will see in our updated logo. That theme carries through in our new strategic plan, as well as in the work we do through policy, advocacy, and community building.
We believe that by preserving democracy and protecting religious freedom, we can expand the number of people who value humanity and protect vulnerable communities.
Through our commitment to Economic Justice, Reproductive Justice, Environmental Justice, and Criminal Justice Reform, we aim to create a more just and equitable society.
Our work is deeply focused on confronting discrimination in all its forms.

When we protect democracy, we ensure the protection of religious freedom. We promote active resistance to the erosion of democracy and the protection of our democratic systems and infrastructure.
We strive to eliminate the use of religious freedom to promote discrimination and further marginalization of vulnerable communities.
We aim to reduce the vulnerability of marginalized and disadvantaged communities by advocating for systemic change.
