Broadly speaking, the work of Interfaith Alliance of Colorado can be divided into the program areas below. Click through each category to learn more about the work we’re involved in to make Colorado a more just and fair place to live.
Legislation & Advocacy
We track legislation and provide testimony for bills addressing our values and our public policy priorities. We work to uphold religious freedom, support a just economy, and fight for racial fairness.
Housing Equity Campaign
The Housing Equity Campaign promotes development of affordable housing on faith-owned land, supports innovative solutions to homelessness and advocates for policies that advance equality of opportunity in housing.
Reproductive Justice
Our work in reproductive justice encompasses the right to bodily autonomy, the right to have or not have children, and the right to parent future generations in safe, supportive communities.
Faith Family Network
Formerly the Progressive Community Network (PCN), the FFN is a network of communities of faith and meaning who seek a more just and fair Colorado, as well as finding alignment in our way of bringing that vision forward.
Free to Read
Free to Read highlights books that have been challenged or banned in Colorado and Across the US. By providing resources to get a selection of these books into the hands of Coloradans along with discussion guides, we uphold first amendment rights and share different experiences and stories to combat censorship.
