Every year, our staff comes together to draft and distribute the annual Vote Your Values Guide. The Guide provides information about accessing the voting process, understanding and protecting voting rights, and considering how different ballot initiatives align with our common values.
You can access the 2024 Vote Your Values Guide on our website. We will also be hosting an Open Conversation for our Faith Family Network on September 25th to talk about the information in this year’s guide. If you are not already a member of FFN, you can sign up using this form. Signing up is free and affords you access to our FFN dialogue guides, programming, and technical assistance.
As we explain in the Guide, the Interfaith Alliance of Colorado knows that civic engagement is an important element of living out our values in the world. We believe in the importance of good faith dialogue and working together across differences for a flourishing democracy. We know that civic engagement by people of faith and conscience is critical to addressing the challenges of the future, to public policy that affirms our common humanity, and to tackling threats to religious liberty.
The Vote Your Values Guide includes selected ballot measures, including those we are supporting or opposing. Others are included to provide helpful information and context. Interfaith encourages voters to consider carefully whether a YES or NO vote on a particular measure aligns with their values and advances opportunity within their communities.
